Parking:

Paid parking is available. You may choose from our covered garage or our outside lot.
$15.00 per night, per vehicle for hotel guests. 
If you require parking for a larger vehicle, trailer, or recreational vehicle please contact the hotel prior to arrival for more information.

Early arrivals and late departures:

If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve we will always do our best to accommodate you but can not guarantee early arrival or late check out both are based on availability.  We do offer a paid late check out option, based on availability.

Deposits / 3rd party payment:

A valid credit card and billing address is required for all reservations for guarantee proposes only. A reservation will not be taken without a valid credit card.
The hotel authorizes $100.00 for incidentals in addition to room and tax.

When a 3rd party is paying for a guest stay the following credit card authorization form must be completed and sent back to hotel via email prior to the guest stay. The Hotel reserves the right to decline 3rd party authorization forms for any reason.

Tax Information:

Guest room rates are subject to a 13.5% tax. Please note that tax rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received by 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time 48 hours (2 days) in advance of your arrival date. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge for one night’s accommodation plus tax.  All cancelled reservations must supply a cancellation number, which will be provided via email or given verbally at the time of cancellation.  If you fail to arrive for your reservation and you have not prepaid, the no-show charge is the first night including taxes.

Advance Purchase:

Advance Purchase reservations are prepaid, non-cancellable, non-refundable and dates cannot be changed under any circumstances.

The following cards are accepted at the Hotel and must be provided at check in:

  • Debit cards – Please note: When using a debit card funds are charged immediately like cash and all authorization can be held by your bank for up to 14 days.  These are policies of individual banks, not The Golden Hotel.  The Golden Hotel is not responsible for the loss of use of these funds or any possible overdraft charges.  Debit cards can only be accepted as debit cards, not as a credit card.  We strongly recommend you provide a credit card if possible.

Smoking:

The Golden Hotel is a non smoking hotel. There will be a minimum of a $250.00 non-refundable fee charged to any room that is smoked in to deep clean and restore the room back to it’s non-smoking condition.

Special Requests:

The Golden Hotel has limited availability of Pack N Plays and roll-away beds. The fee for a roll-away bed is $25.00 per night. There is no fee for Pack N Play. Both are available on a first come first serve basis and must be reserved at reservation time.

There is no guarantee of any room number, location or view. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests but no guarantees will be made. We cannot guarantee adjoining rooms, again we will do our very best to ensure your total satisfaction. You may check with the Hotel by phone to reiterate your preferences prior to arrival.

Pet Policy:

The Golden Hotel is proud to be a  pet-friendly Hotel.

The following policies will apply:

  • Please call the Hotel directly to let us know that you will be traveling with your pet.
  • $35.00 nightly fee applies per room.
  • Maximum two pets per room.
  • 65-pound weight limit
  • Special requests can be made by contacting the Hotel directly.
  • Owner assumes all liability for damage to property caused directly by the pet.  A minimum $250.00 fee will be charged for any damage caused to the guest room or if excessive cleaning is necessary.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors and in the public areas of The Golden Hotel.
  • Housekeeping will not provide service to your guest room while your pet is present.
  • The Golden Hotel will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to, or caused by, the pet or loss of pet.

* Release and Indemnification. You agree to release, defend and indemnify Golden Hotel Management, LLC d/b/a and The Golden Hotel from any and all claims or damages related to your pet or your pets stay at the Hotel, including any claims by third-parties. Dogs can not be left alone or unsupervised in the guest room at any time.
