Whether you’re looking for a convenient workout before or after your workday begins or a more recreational outing, The Golden Hotel offers easy access to both. Our recently updated on-site fitness room offers:

To keep the mind at bay — or occupied! — there is also an on-site 42” plasma TV and reading material available as well as a water cooler with fresh mountain spring water to keep you well hydrated.

Want to mix it up with the locals?  Visit The Golden Community Center, less than two blocks from the hotel.  This full service workout facility features two pools (leisure and a 25 meter lap pool), a wide range of free weights and machines, an indoor climbing wall and an indoor track (1/10 mile loop).  For more information call 303.384.8100.

Monday- Thursday  5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday  5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday  7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday  8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(Pool closes one half hour prior to closing)
