Selections include our Rocky Mountain Miners Salad, our House-Made Carnitas Tacos, Rosa’s Award-Winning Pork Green Chili, a Salmon BLTA, Craft Burgers and much more. You will have the opportunity to choose from starters such as our House-Made Hummus, Smoked Trout Dip, Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Harvest Flat Bread. Entrée selections include Bacon Wrapped CO Bison Meatloaf, Coors Beer Battered Cod Fish and Chips, Pan Seared Salmon, Pasta Pomodoro, and Chicken Cordon Bleu. There is no better way to complete your memorable experience than with an indulgent serving of our Hot Fudge Sundae, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Creme Brulee or Apple Crumble.
